Here is another alternative to TaDa. It is hard to find one that is both online and offline.

Thanks for sharing this. There are so many websites offering online Todo lists these days. I feel that I need one that’s available both online and offline. I looked at Wallnote after reading this post but it doen’t do the ‘offline’ job well. I don’t want to use Active Desktop settings to view my Todo list.
PostIt Notes was a good app to use while it was free. Now it isn’t
